Relying more on IV-E and Federal Review tools to carry on case reviews. They have always done case reviews; however, more case reviews have been done since ASFA.

Yes, some training on changes in policy related to ASFA; however, no major training done using a curriculum devoted to ASFA.

Focused on clarification of language for court orders, some policy changes.

a. Why did you give your system that rating?

While it has been implemented since 1998, it continues to need improvements.

b. If a rating of 1 or 2 is given, probe as to the status of the SACWIS system.

System just doesn't work very well for local workers. It is a SACWIS system that was implemented in 1998. Needs improvement.
