a. Why did you give your system that rating?

The system doesn’t allow us to extract the information we need to help us know how workers are doing. Not all areas of the state are on the system. There is a high rate of worker error.

We hope to have a new system in 18 months.

To some of us the results were discouraging since we think the agency has made progress in many areas and that that didn’t show since the review is based on old data.
